As a female engineer, do you have any problems at work?

As an engineer and at the same time a mother and wife, I need to balance work and family.There were times when I had to leave the workplace to deal with things at home, such as parents’ meeting of the school.However, our company implements a flexible working system, and occasionally getting off work can be exchanged with overtime. As long as the work is completed on time, customers can treat this with understanding.

Are there many opportunities for training and study in Japan? How to seize such opportunities?

Relatively speaking, there are still plenty of opportunities.When new business is introduced, opportunities for training and study in Japan are generally given.As an individual employee, I actively improve my professional capability and learn Japanese well, so that I can gain opportunities for training and study in Japan.

Can you specifically introduce to us the benefits for female childbearing?

As a mother with two children, I can feel the company’s care for female employees. During my pregnancy, my leaders and colleagues were friendly to me. There is mutual understanding between the company and employees. Maternity benefits are also rendered in strict accordance with relevant national laws.

Do you often work overtime? Do you have time to spend with your children?

In an FPD group, overtime is still acceptable. It is necessary to work overtime for a few days only when the business volume is concentrated or the delivery deadline is tight.So most of the time I can still get off work normally. It does not affect my relationship with my children too much.
