Why did you choose this company?

Before entering this company, I also worked in a Japanese-funded company, and I was very satisfied with the environment and working atmosphere of the Japanese-funded company. The rigorous work attitudes of the old employees are passed on to the new employees, thereby improving customer satisfaction and enhancing the employees themselves. The working attitude is rigorous, the working atmosphere is very comfortable and the employees support each other.

How did the impression of the company change before and after joining the company?

After joining the company, I have a deeper understanding of the company and the impression of the company in every aspect is beyond what I have imagined. I have quickly established tacit agreement with old employees, and I have been strongly supported by old employees and leaders in my work. After work, I also have dinners with team members, in which we relax ourselves and strengthen the emotional connections with each other.

What do you think of the company’s benefits?

The company has excellent benefits. In addition to a great trip every year, there will be a staff dinner almost every month organized by the company. On New Year’s Day or other holidays and birthdays, the company will send holiday greetings to employees. In addition to the statutory annual leave, the company also has supplementary leave. In my spare time at work, I can go on trip at any time.

How do you get along with your colleagues? Will you go out to dinner together?

I get along with my colleagues well. I would invite my colleagues to play mobile game, or have a cup of coffee together during the lunch break. I will be full of motivation in the afternoon work.The company’s dinner parties will basically take into account of every employee’s time and gather everyone together, so that there will be a great atmosphere of dining.
